Interview 1:

My name is Ana and I live in the United States. In our house we all have to help in the tasks since we do not have a girl from time to time a lady goes to help us but she comes every Saturday, the rest of the days each one takes care of certain things like making her own bed, cleaning her own dishes after eating, etc. My dad is the one who works in his office and my mom has a small job where he can do it from home. We have a dog but that is my sister so she takes care of putting food on it and picking up everything destroyed.
Interview 2:
My name is Daria and I live in Brazil. my family is conformed by my dad, my mom and my sister. My dad and my mom are in charge of bringing money to the house. My dad works every day until late so my mom when she is not working takes care of my sister and me. When my mom or my dad are not at home, the lady who helps us with the cleaning takes care of us giving us food and taking care of us. So the gender roles in my family are equitable they both provide money to support us and my sister and I help in whatever we can.
Interview 3:
My name is Uxia, I live in Galicia, Spain. My family is made up of my younger sister, my father, my mother and me. The gender roles in my family are in balance and justice with what each one contributes. My father works every day except on weekends and my mother works when her boss calls her, my sister and I go alone to school and help with what household duties. My mother is the one who cooks daily but when my mother does not want to cook, my father helps her. Both take care of us and try to take turns at work (one day our father takes care of us while my mother works and vice versa) in order to maintain balance and harmony.
Interview 4:
My name is Val I live in England, in my family we are only three. We live in a small apartment; 
my mom goes to work every day 10 hours to her office while my dad can work at home so he 
helps something with cleaning. After school I also help in certain things like helping to clean 
dishes or preparing dinner.

Interview 1: I think that machismo is wrong, because both women and men have the same rights and we should respect each other equally and it is a complete lack of sanity that a man feels superior to a woman or that a man thinks he can hit a woman, because even though they believe that women are the weaker sex, it is not true that each gender has its advantages and disadvantages. With this we can help each other instead of being disrespectful, even if it were not so, there should not be violence or men towards men, women towards women or men towards women.  In my family the gender roles are like the typical stereotype, my mother is a housewife and she takes charge of cooking, taking my brothers and me to school and keeping everything clean and my dad is the one who brings money to the house to be able to pay expenses and support the family. Who should hold the fort?

Everyone should help, children going to school and dads working. It depends on each family, but it should not matter if the woman is the one who gives the money to the house or the man. It does not matter who takes care of the children in the afternoon, as long as the families live well. Both can work or just one of the two, we live in a time when none of those options should be frowned upon. So who should take care of the house is either or both together, it depends on their economic situation and what they prefer. I think who should hold the strong should be the whole family, as each can contribute something useful and interesting to achieve it. Children can help by fulfilling their duties at school and supporting with those who make them home and the couple that is made up of 2 people could keep the home and that the 2 of them should take the money home between the 2 should take care of the children because after all it is the same and if they are a couple it is because they are...

Who  should  do the housework? We think that stereotypes should be broken. There is nothing wrong with a man washing dishes after dinner or helping his wife cook. It is something that is overvalued, men can do domestic tasks and they are not necessarily bad, they look more, etc. for doing them. This is a new era where we can make big changes to attack discrimination. By respecting men that also do domestic tasks not only women, we take a big step into the future where it can be a world with equity. Why It Matters That Women Do Most of the Housework? In conclusion we thik that there's no really a biological explanation for why women end up doing more housework, so it must stem from societal forces.  At this time not only men will work also women, after a long day of work have to leave their homes and do domestic chores.
