Who should hold the fort?

Everyone should help, children going to school and dads working. It depends on each family, but it should not matter if the woman is the one who gives the money to the house or the man. It does not matter who takes care of the children in the afternoon, as long as the families live well. Both can work or just one of the two, we live in a time when none of those options should be frowned upon. So who should take care of the house is either or both together, it depends on their economic situation and what they prefer.

I think who should hold the strong should be the whole family, as each can contribute something useful and interesting to achieve it. Children can help by fulfilling their duties at school and supporting with those who make them home and the couple that is made up of 2 people could keep the home and that the 2 of them should take the money home between the 2 should take care of the children because after all it is the same and if they are a couple it is because they are a team they are a duo that supports and helps and that is why they should make things take turns or do them. Together I think they should also pay women the same money as men and that women could also be taxi drivers, masons and have the same opportunities as well as the same responsibilities and also the same jobs. The man or woman can work and get money to support their family and at the same time they can help at home.

We can notice that in Mexico the roles between men and women are very noticeable as: the woman cooks, works at home, etc. But that situation is no longer seen, it is more common to see a man in the house working and the woman outside working. 

For example, I am going to tell you that once I went to Misiones, one day a lady from the town where we were saw us washing clothes and told us that if we wanted to wash her at home, while we were there she told us that it was very strange that we were washing clothes because there only the wives wash the clothes and the spouses work, the lady told us that if she would like the children and her husband to wash their own clothes so that she could do something else. So, there we can notice an example that in some places we still do not have the same opportunities. 

In the last few days I was with a gringo friend and I asked him about gender equity, he told me that he is at home if he helps his wife and that things are more relaxed there. 

In our case we can not do much more than start with our homes to help our parents wash their clothes and give the respect they deserve to all people, treat them equally to all people. 

1. Salaries in jobs should be fair, not that they pay more to men and to women less to do the same as men.
2. Teach children at school and at home that men and women should be treated equally and not unfairly.
3. Single mothers with very young children should give them some kind of nursery where while they work they know that their children are being well cared for. So these children are not left alone at home or the mother does not have a good job because she is in charge of her children and as a consequence of that she would not give them a good life.
4. We have to break stereotypes, we have to stop mocking for example that a man does not work and citizens his children or that a man is crying and we criticize him.
5. Teach that judging other people is wrong because we do not know their situation.
